For cleaning jobs, the most important details are the property location, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, size of the property, current condition, whether it’s a regular clean, deep clean or end-of-lease clean, and any extra tasks such as ovens, windows, carpets or balconies.
For handyman and maintenance jobs, we need to know what needs fixing, installing or repairing, the size of the job, what materials may be needed, and whether the customer can send photos or videos.
We also need to know the customer’s preferred date and time, access details, parking information, and whether there are any special instructions. The more details we have upfront, the more accurate and fair our quote can be.
